1. I retain the right to refuse any commission, on any grounds. 

2. What I for sure won't draw: realistic horses (I just can't), anything blasphemous in nature, anything pornographic in nature, most romantic stuff. So many things are considered NSFW that I actually will draw some of it (such as technically naked merfolk), but the general answer is no; if what you want is tame enough, send me a note and I'll let you know.

3. Upon completion a scan or png of the image will be emailed to you. For traditional pieces, I can send them but you will need to pay the cost of shipping and insurance; if it gets lost in the mail that is between you and the post office.

4. Payment: for any piece $5 or under full payment is required before I begin.
For pieces over $5, I will accept half up front, and half upon completion. If you are having me send a traditional piece to you, the cost of shipping must be paid in full before I take it to be shipped.

5. Time allotment: Due to many factors (health, migraines, school) my schedule is anything but predictable. Please allow 2 weeks for small pieces, and up to 4 months for bigger ones. I'll try to get them done much sooner than that, this is just a buffer.

6. Canceling: You can cancel at any time before the preliminary sketch, no hard feelings, no losses. Any later than that falls under refunds. If I have to cancel (emergencies do happen, after-all) I will refund you to the point where I left off, and give you a small consolation drawing as well.

7. Refunds: Should you cancel out on a project, I will refund the amount up to the point where I have reached; e.g. if you ordered a full colored full body, but I've already finished the line-art, you will get the line-art and $4, not the full $12.

8. The Full Process: Once the details of the commission are worked out via notes or email, I will begin the preliminary sketch, to give a basic layout of where everything will go. You can ask for up to 3 full revisions of this so we are both on the same page of what you want. Once the preliminary sketch is done, payment must be made as noted in #5. At this point I will begin the sketch, then the line-art; at the line-art stage, I will again ask for your opinion. No big changes can be made at this point, the pose will stay mostly as it is, but you can ask for small tweaks to the design to be made. Once that's done, it's done, and there will be no more revisions to the piece. I will then move on to the final stages of coloring and shading and cleaning up the piece. If you want, I'll send you W.I.P.'s along the way.

   Okay, the long process of re-drawing my fantasy-adventure-story so I can post it as a webcomic is underway  . If you would like to know the gist, a brief plot layout can be seen here:     

   There will be lots of room for extras and background characters, so if you'd like to be a part of this project, here are two paths you can take:
1.) Be a cameo yourself. I'll draw you in my style, as a race of your choice.
2.) Have an OC be in it. If you have characters of your own that you'd like to have show up, that's great too; I'll draw them in my style and fit them where they'd make sense.  

   There will be a limit of ten (10) character-submissions per participant, with few exceptions (like if I am really short of characters). I will pick and choose what ones to add if you give me more than five. I will give credit as to who actually made the character/who it is, unless you'd like to be anonymous.
